These Terms govern your use of space-sign.ai and related products, software, and services (the “Service”) provided by SPACE‑SIGN. By using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
To access some features you may need to create an account. Provide accurate info and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account — notify us immediately at info@spaceaiapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. If you act for an organization, ensure you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use the Service.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You agree not to copy, modify, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use the Service for illegal or deceptive activities, or to impersonate others.
You keep ownership of content you upload. By submitting it you grant SPACE‑SIGN a worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, display and use it to provide and improve the Service. Ensure your content complies with laws and third‑party rights.
The Service may produce AI outputs. Validate accuracy and legality before relying on or sharing outputs. Do not use AI outputs to mislead, impersonate, or violate laws.
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled via secure third‑party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscriptions auto‑renew unless canceled; payments are non‑refundable except as required by law. See pricing at space-sign.ai/pricing.
We care about your privacy — review our Privacy Policy for details. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPACE‑SIGN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid in the last 12 months, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties should attempt amicable resolution first; unresolved disputes will be decided by binding arbitration in Kerala, India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive rights to class actions or jury trials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
